Healthy Cooking Class for Employees
Join the Physical Wellbeing Taskforce for a hands-on cooking class for employees on March 22nd. The class will be led by an AAMC dietitian and will focus on creative and tasty ways to prepare heart-healthy fish. The head chef in AAMC's Doordan Institute will take you through the steps of meal preparation and provide cooking tips. This will be a hands-on class with plenty of time for questions. Details: Time: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Location: Catering kitchen, Doordan Institute, 7th Floor, Belcher Pavilion Cost: $15 per participant *Class is limited to 12 participants.
