2018 Holiday Craft Fair Vendor Registration
Thank you for your support of Town Center Community Association’s annual Holiday Craft Fair at Historic Oakland Manor (5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, Maryland). The 2018 fair will be held on Saturday, November 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Set-up will take place the morning of the fair, from 7:30-9:30 AM, and break-down will be from 3:00–4:00 PM. As always, free coffee will be available for all our vendors on the day of the fair. Over the past few years we have enjoyed approximately 700 guests attending the Holiday Craft Fair. As you know, the Holiday Craft Fair is a juried event. Registration does not guarantee admission into the event. Please complete your registration as soon as possible as space is limited. There are only 15 spaces on the main level. Main level spaces are assigned in the order of registration received, there are no guaranties of location based on past registration. We are pleased to be able to offer you yet another way to grow your business. Reserve your space for a full color ad in our Holiday Craft Fair Booklet given out to each attendee, so they can easily contact you after the show. Holiday Craft Fair Advertising Booklet Full page back Cover 8"x 5" $150 Full page 8"x 5" $100 Half Page 4"x 5" $50 Quarter Page 4"x 2.5" $25 The vendor covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Town Center Community Association and the Columbia Association from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury, and/or damage to property arising out of, or in any way connected with, vendor's participation in the Holiday Craft Fair, occasioned wholly or in part by any negligent act or omission of the vendor, his/her agents, or his/her employees. Vendor is on notice that all public, common areas are subject to being videotaped for security reasons.
